A capacitive touchscreen 4.3" (480x272) display module with integrated ESP32 that features WiFi & Bluetooth. It can be flashed / monitored over USB (on-board USB to UART).

It seems to be manufactured by "Shenzhen Jingcai Intelligent Co., Ltd" aka JCZN. Some listings claim it is GUITION brand, which is on the silkscreen but I believe this is actually the LVGL GUI design tool and not the brand of the device.
