Generic development board featuring an Altera Cyclone II series FPGA. It can come with either an EP2C5T144 or EP2C8T144. They are programmed using [[Intel Quartus]] (formerly Altera Quartus). An older version of the software is required, as they dropped support for the Cyclone II chips in later versions. This development board doesn't have an on-board programmer, so you must use an external Altera USB Blaster.<br />
